Upon final payment, you will receive an email with a link to your ticket. The vast majority of experiences available on BestBooking Vietnam Travel offer immediate confirmation. Confirmation will be received within 24 hours of booking, subject to availability. At that time, you will receive either confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date/option via email. If there are alternatives available, you may select an available date/time/option or cancel your reservation with a full refund. In these cases; be sure to respond as soon as possible with your preference as availability may be limited. If there are no suitable alternatives, your reservation will automatically be canceled and refunded in full. Once payment for the activity has been charged, no changes to the credit card are permitted.
